You have two quick and convenient ways to access your retirement plan account. Participants may access their accounts using the Internet or by using a touch-tone phone.

How to access the system
To access the ADS Benefits Hotlink website use the Hotlink button on the left. To access the ADS Benefits Hotline automated voice response system call 1-877-822-4015. Customer service representatives are also available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Provide your Social Security number and personal identification number (PIN) as requested.

Online Retirement Planning Resources for Plan Participants
We are pleased to announce the availability of 401kTools, an online retirement planning resource for plan participants. Charles Schwab has designed 401kTools, which can be accessed directly through the ADS Benefits Hotlink website under the “Web Links” option by choosing “Retirement Plan Tools”.

401kTools provides important investment education and planning tools including:

• a personalized summary of each participant's account, holdings, balances, and portfolio allocation
• up-to-date fund and market information
• education and guidance on retirement planning and investment selection
• interactive planning tools to assist in asset allocation strategies.

Lost PINS
If you lose your PIN, please contact Customer Service @ adsbenefits.com. through your employer's
e-mail system or call the ADS Benefits Hotline. You may request your PIN by verifying your name, Social Security Number, date of birth and home mailing address. If your employer has not authorized us to replace lost PINs via e-mail, your replacement PIN information will be mailed to you.
